Return and Refund Policy
Cancellation of Unprocessed Orders
You are permitted to cancel your order or some products included in an order without any conditions given that it’s before the ordered product(s) have been dispatched from our warehouse.
Conditions for the Return of Delivered Orders
- If you have not opened the product(s) but have just had a change of heart, we can provide a refund given that you pay for the delivery charge.
- Products can be returned if the products are faulty but notification for returns should be sent within 7 days from the date of arrival.
- Products must not be used or damaged by the customer for it to be eligible for return.
- Himalayan Merch will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
- The refund will be done within 7 days of the product’s arrival to us. Please be sure to contact us as soon as possible before returning a damaged or incorrect item: [email protected]
- Himalayan Merch reserves the right to refuse the returns of any products or merchandise that does not meet the above conditions in our sole discretion.
